India’s Next Pure Veg Pizza Revolution

How Ramenoz Pizza is Expanding Across India Through Franchise & Master Franchise Opportunities

By Editorial Team

“Every great brand begins with a story. Some are backed by legacy, others by capital. Ramenoz Pizza began with neither — it began with belief.”

In an industry dominated by multinational chains and established players, building a new pizza brand from scratch is an ambitious challenge. Yet within a short span of time, Ramenoz Pizza has emerged as one of India’s promising homegrown QSR brands, driven by a simple vision: deliver premium-quality pizza at an affordable price while creating entrepreneurial opportunities across the country.

At the center of this journey is Ravi Meena, a first-generation entrepreneur whose path to business ownership was anything but conventional.

An Unconventional Beginning

Born into a middle-class family in Rajasthan, Ravi grew up in an environment where education and a government job were considered the safest path to success. Like many students with a science background, he once dreamed of becoming a doctor. However, personal setbacks and financial responsibilities — including the loss of his father — forced him to leave his education midway. Despite enrolling in graduation three separate times, he was never able to complete his degree.

Instead of letting circumstances define his future, Ravi entered the workforce early. His first job was as an office boy at Sony India, earning just ₹5,100 a month.

From Delivery Executive to Business Education

After his father’s passing in 2015, family responsibilities increased, leading him to join Domino’s Pizza as a delivery executive. What started as a necessity gradually became an education in one of the world’s most competitive industries.

Over the next several years, Ravi worked across restaurant operations, customer service, team management, and business execution. Every role deepened his understanding of what makes a food brand successful — not just in serving customers, but in building systems that can scale.

Life tested him in ways no business school could. A severe heart infection required years of treatment and became one of the defining chapters of his life. Rather than weakening his resolve, it reinforced his belief that every setback carries within it the seed of something meaningful.

Launching Ramenoz Pizza — A Tribute and a Business

With years of industry experience and a clear understanding of customer expectations, Ravi launched Ramenoz Pizza in November 2023 with an initial investment of ₹5 lakh. The company was named after his late father, Ramesh — making the brand not just a business venture, but also a tribute to family, perseverance, and purpose.

Unlike businesses focused solely on rapid expansion, Ramenoz Pizza concentrated first on building a strong operational foundation — fresh daily dough, standardized processes, premium ingredients, affordable pricing, and a consistent customer experience — creating a model designed for long-term scalability.

Disciplined Growth, National Ambitions

That disciplined approach is now translating into measurable growth. Today, Ramenoz Pizza operates six stores, with additional locations under development. The company has already engaged with more than 100 prospective franchise partners and is actively expanding through Franchise, Master Franchise, FOFO, FOCO, and Company-Owned Store models — a strategy designed to empower entrepreneurs while maintaining operational consistency across every outlet.

Adding further momentum, Ramenoz Pizza recently welcomed veteran Bollywood actor Sudesh Berry as its Brand Ambassador and Equity Partner — a collaboration that reflects the company’s confidence in its long-term vision and its commitment to building a nationally recognized Indian food brand.

Beyond Stores: Building an Ecosystem

Ravi believes the company’s biggest achievement isn’t measured by the number of stores or partnerships it has. His vision is far more ambitious: over the next five years, Ramenoz Pizza aims to establish itself as India’s next-generation pizza brand, combining technology, operational excellence, fresh products, and a robust franchise ecosystem to compete with the biggest names in the industry.

Beyond business, the company also seeks to create opportunities for first-generation entrepreneurs — people with the ambition to build something of their own but who are looking for the right platform to begin.

The First Chapter of a Larger Journey

For Ravi, entrepreneurship has never been about proving others wrong. It has always been about proving what is possible. Today, Ramenoz Pizza stands at the beginning of a much larger journey — a journey to build a national brand, to create opportunities, and to demonstrate that world-class companies can emerge from ordinary beginnings.

As India’s QSR industry continues to evolve, Ramenoz Pizza is not simply expanding its footprint — it is building a foundation for the future. And for Ravi Meena, this is only the first chapter.

Closing Quote

“Great brands are not remembered because they sold the most products. They are remembered because they gave people something to believe in. Our goal is not just to build more pizza stores — it is to build India’s most trusted homegrown pizza brand.” — Ravi Meena
