Rajinder Allsikha, born on January 1, 1998, in 9FA Majhiwala, is the driving force behind this noble initiative. Inspired by a deep sense of social responsibility, she has undertaken the mission of giving dignity to those who have no one to care for them. One of the key activities of the organization is conducting last rites for unclaimed bodies. Rajinder works closely with local police and hospitals to identify and cremate bodies following their religious customs, ensuring they receive a respectful farewell.
The organization also runs an ashram in Sri Ganganagar for the elderly who have no financial support or family to look after them. The admission process involves applying through the District Social Welfare Officer or SDM office, and applicants must be 60 years or older with no severe health conditions. The ashram provides them with a safe environment, food, and medical care. At the Bhagat Singh Rescue Team Sri Ganganagar Ashram, underprivileged children receive free education, accommodation, food, healthcare, and physical training. The curriculum includes Vedic studies, astrology, environmental awareness, and ritual practices. The initiative aims to uplift economically weaker families and children from Scheduled Tribes (ST) by providing them with access to quality education.
The NGO is also actively involved in rescuing abandoned and sick animals. It provides shelter, medical care, and rehabilitation for stray animals while conducting adoption drives. She is supported by her husband, Anju Allsikha, and her family, including her daughter Maanu Allsikha, her brother Puran Allsikha, and her sister Bhavna Allsikha.
